Crater of Diamonds State Park
The only public diamond mine in the world where you keep what you find. The 37.5-acre plowed search field sits 10 minutes from Lake Greeson and produces hundreds of diamonds every year, plus amethyst, jasper, agate, and quartz. Parker Creek Recreation Area

Fishing — Lake & Trout Tailwater

Daisy State Park
About 20 minutes south on the lower end of Lake Greeson — multi-lane boat ramp, marina, fuel, bait shop, swim beach, easy hiking trails, and campsites.
Cossatot River State Park
About 45 minutes west — class III–IV whitewater, dramatic rock-bed scenery, swimming holes in summer, and one of the least-crowded major state parks in Arkansas.
