This includes replying to your message by phone or text, sending booking-related updates by SMS, and forwarding your message to the host via SMS.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive no more than 2–4 messages per inquiry or booking, including our reply and any stay-related updates. We do not send recurring or promotional texts without your explicit opt-in consent.

We do not share your mobile number. Your phone number is used only to respond to your inquiry, booking, or stay. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party that receives your number is Twilio, our SMS service provider, solely to deliver the text messages you requested.
